How do I cloak?
SlashNET supports what is called "cloaking." This hides the left-most portion of your hostname, which prevents other users from finding the IP address of your machine for Denial-Of-Service attacks. In order to cloak, type
/mode [yournick] +x
This mode is enabled by default on all SlashNET servers.
